SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

For pre-paid orders, shipping is free across India. An extra Rs. 50 will be charged at checkout for items that are paid for with cash on delivery.

Please note that we do not ship to certain addresses, such as military, certain restricted areas, pick-up points, or PO boxes. Rural domestic areas may take one or more days to deliver. Custom orders will take longer to process and should arrive in ten working days.

Orders are shipped out in three to twelve business days. There may be delays in exceptional circumstances due to unforeseen circumstances. If delivery of products is delayed by an event outside our control, we will inform you as soon as possible and will use reasonable efforts to minimize the effect of the delay. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All Opus Aurum products undergo rigorous quality checks before being dispatched. As each product is unique ~ it may vary slightly from the pictures.

Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if:

  • Order was damaged in transit.

  • Order was Incorrect.

If the above exists then you may return the order exactly as you received it, with original packaging. It should be unworn and the barcode attached with the product should be intact.

Once we receive the product back, we will perform a quality check, and if it passes the said check we will replace the same product with a new one. In case the product goes out of stock we will refund the amount.

 

NOTIFY

If you wish to make a return or exchange you need to notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. You can go on the link--------- and submit your return/exchange request by filling the form.

 

 

APPROVAL

Once we receive the request, it is the discretion of our QC Team whether the product is approved for return.

 

REVERSE PICK-UP

Once the product is approved for return, we will arrange for a pick-up. In case of Exchange of a product due to size issues in rings and bangles, extra Rs. 200 will be levied as shipping charge (pick up and drop).

 

DISPATCH

Once we receive the damaged/incorrect product, we will dispatch the fresh/correct product.

*We are not responsible for any damaged packages or packages lost in transit. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified of.

 

THE FOLLOWING DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS:

  • Package lost in shipment

  • Package refused by recipient

  • Products that have been returned in a used or damaged condition

  • Products returned due to size issues (Please check the size guides carefully before making a purchase)

  • Incorrect delivery address.

  • If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged in any way.

  • Minor variations in colour & design of the jewellery

  • After more than 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agent.

  • Products that have been returned where the barcode attached is either missing or damaged.

M/S OPUS AURUM believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: 

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

  • M/S OPUS AURUM does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the M/S OPUS AURUM, it’ll take 6-8 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
